Welcome to Quilla Health South, LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Quilla Health South, LLC provides NEMT services including patient transportation, medical delivery (lab specimens, medical equipment), and logistical support throughout Winston-Salem and the surrounding areas.
2. User Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you affirm that you are legally eligible to do so under applicable laws.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling a service.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Code of Conduct Clients must treat our staff and drivers with respect and follow safety instructions at all times. We reserve the right to deny service if safety is compromised.
5. Payment Terms Payments for services must be made in accordance with the terms outlined at the time of booking or billing. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
6. Limitation of Liability Quilla Health South, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We strive to ensure timely service but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property All content on our website (text, logos, graphics) is the property of Quilla Health South, LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina.
9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
